Here are the terms and conditions for our TreatME loyalty system:

1. Points Redemption: Points can be redeemed on all services and products.
2. Download App: To join TreatMe the app must be downloaded.
3. Product Rewards: Product rewards cannot be redeemed through the app; they must be redeemed in-store.
4. One Reward Per Visit: Only one reward can be redeemed with every paying visit.
5. Gift Vouchers: Points cannot be earned on gift voucher sales.
6. Double Points for Rebooking: Earn double points for rebooking on the same day. Double points will be cancelled if the rebooked appointment is later cancelled.
7. Social Media Selfie Review: Receive 100 points for uploading a review selfie.
8. Social Media Sharing: Receive 100 points for sharing a review on social media.
9. Referrals: Refer a client through our App and when your referral visits the salon you both receive £10.00 off.
10. Points only available for active clients: If you haven’t been active more than 12 months, points will be forfeited.
